Hearing Avasar!
Giving kids the chance to hear
Health is a fundamental aspect of wellbeing, especially in countries like Nepal, where access to specialized medical care can be limited.
The Hearing Avasar! Project plays a crucial role in addressing the health needs of 43 deaf and hard-of-hearing children at the RHERI community home.
Many of these children have never been evaluated by an ENT specialist, making it essential to obtain accurate diagnoses of their ear health and hearing abilities. This project not only aims to identify medical solutions but also seeks to provide mental health care to improve their overall quality of life.
